El jueves pasado nos juntamos acá en la escuela para conocer más sobre los alfajores, una golosina típica de Argentina y Sudamérica. Empezamos con una corta presentación en la que aprendimos como se realizan los alfajores, los distintos tipos que se elaboran en las provincias de nuestro país y los ingredientes que los caracterizan, entre ellos conocimos más sobre el clásico alfajor de maizena. Después llegó la parte más divertida: con dulce de leche, mermelada, membrillo, coco rallado y chocolate las chicas armaron sus propios alfajores. Que tarde más dulce!! 
Las thursday we prepared a ‘cooking class’ in the school where we got to know the alfajores, a typical argentinian an southamerican sweet treat. After a short presentation about the production of the alfajores, the diferent types we find in the argentinian provinces and the ingredients of the famous alfajores de maicena, the most funny part of the evening started: with dulce de leche, diferent kinds of jam, coconut and chocolate the girls designed their own alfajores and had a very sweet time at Able Spanish!!
Letzten Donnerstag feierte eine neue Mini-Veranstaltung bei Able Spanish Premiere: ein ‘Kochkurs’ zum Thema Alfajores, bei dem die Teilnehmerinnen die typisch argentinische Süssigkeit kennenlernten. Nach einer kurzen Präsentation über die Produktion der Alfajores, die verschiedenen Sorten, die in den Provinzen unseres Landes hergestellt werden, und einem Rezept für die beliebten Alfajores de Maicena begann der süsseste Teil des Abends: mit Dulce de Leche, verschiedenen Sorten Marmelade, Schokolade, Kokosraspeln und bunten Zuckerstreusseln bauten sich die Mädels ihre eigenen Alfajores nach ihrem Geschmack zusammen! Zum Glück erlitt niemand einen Zuckerschock
